OUR LOCATIONS
Billund, Denmark is our home, but we have 5 main hubs, 37 sales offices, 5 manufacturing sites, over 500 retail stores and awesome people all around the world. Here’s where you’ll find our main regional hubs.
Billund, Denmark
Billund is the home of Ole Kirk Christiansen's workshop where it all started, and also home to our brand-new HQ, LEGO® Campus.
Enfield, USA
Nestled in a Connecticut suburb, our Enfield hub is home to over 620 talented people. We've got basketball courts and Easter Egg hunts yearly, but the fun doesn't stop there.
London, UK
Our London hub opened in 2014 and has been growing ever since. It even has its own film studio now.
Shanghai, China
You'll find the Shanghai hub on the 31st floor, so the view is pretty awesome! Here, our almost-300 colleagues make sure the office stays as innovative and awesome as possible.
Singapore
Our Singapore hub is home to a huge range of departments and a lot of people too. We're also located in one of the most environmentally conscious development in Singapore.
A FAMILY BUSINESS
Since Ole Kirk Kristiansen founded his carpentry business in 1932, the Kirk Kristiansen family have played a leading role in the business. This continues today, with our 4th generation owners, so the values, beliefs and traditions that Ole created still guide us.
The family remains committed to making a positive difference to children around the world, via Learning-through-Play. This ambition is laid out in the LEGO® Idea Paper, which describes their fundamental belief that children are our role models. We see it come alive throughout the LEGO Brand Framework, which steers everything we do today.

Our brand framework
Inspired by the LEGO Idea Paper, we have a brand framework that everything we do is built on. It's what we stand for, what we believe in, what our aims are, and the promises we make to everyone who experiences or works with us.The LEGO Brand Framework sets out who we are and where we've heading. It also includes four promises that capture how we think and act every day.

RESPONSIBLE ENGAGEMENT WITH CHILDREN
In 2014, we were proud to be the first company in the toy sector to sign the UNICEF Declaration of Child Rights & Business Principles. This began a partnership that has shaped our Child Safeguarding and Social Responsibility Strategies. Children are our role models and keeping them safe is at the centre of everything we do. This means ensuring children’s physical safety, but also building a sense of emotional safety – enabling them to explore, grow, learn and develop through amazing LEGO play experiences.For roles that regularly engage with children, we include child safeguarding background screening during onboarding.

Learning & development

LOCAL COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Working for us means becoming a Play Ambassador. Our Local Community Engagement programme will support you to spend two days each year inspiring and developing children through play.
